	Decree by the Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan (2012/10/03)
	This is to announce the average minimum monthly salary for foreigners hired to perform professional and technical jobs; the requirement which shall take effect from June 14, 2012. (2012/06/14)
	In the event that any of the following criteria is met, employers who hire foreigners holding bachelor’s degree (or above) to undertake the professional and technical jobs specified under Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Employment Services Act, shall not be subject to the work experience requirement.
