To facilitate the academic exchange and excel the domestic academic researches,those foreign professors,researchers and research staffs,who already being duly employed with valid approvals by the domestic academies and research institutes;are entitled and allowed to be invited to other institute,schools to proceed their temporary and/or non-periodical seminars,workshops to publicize and/or present their speeches or researchs,which are related to their specialties and areas of their researches.The host institutes and schools need not to apply for permissions for the above-mentioned activities.
